Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. TOIZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help sort it out.
